Our cancellation, returns, and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. As we deal in perishable food products (sweets), all return and refund requests are subject to strict quality and time-based conditions.

Dharwad Pedha believes in helping its customers as far as possible and maintains a fair cancellation policy:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellations will not be entertained once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping carrier.

• We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable food items once the order has been processed. However, a refund or replacement may be offered if the customer can clearly establish that the quality of the product delivered was unsatisfactory.

• To request a cancellation, email us at care@dharwadpedha.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of receipt.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Perishable food items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the website.

• We do not accept returns on items showing signs of use or tampering.

• Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service at care@dharwadpedha.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds for UPI, net banking, or wallet payments will be credited back to the originating source.

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period cannot be refunded.

• Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.

3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

4. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at care@dharwadpedha.com.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at care@dharwadpedha.com and ship the product to the return address above.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift purchaser.
